Before you switch

Cancellation and fit

Cancellation: Recurring plans continue under Spotify terms until canceled.

Who should avoid it: People satisfied with free ad-supported music; Households that cannot meet same-address rules.

How to complete cancellation with Spotify

Marking Cancel in Dehaze is an estimate, not a cancellation. Complete the change with whoever bills you.

  1. Open Manage your plan in your Spotify account and choose cancellation.
  2. For partner billing, use the contact information under Payment. Family/Duo members must contact the plan manager to end the whole plan.
  3. Check the switch-to-free date in your account.

A zero-priced trial can end immediately on cancellation. Leaving a Family/Duo plan as a member does not cancel the manager’s subscription.
