How to use this decision

We filter covered plans by contacts, monthly and daily sends, seats, basic automation and branding requirements, then show the lowest subscription cost within each provider. We do not name an overall winner. Unknown or more-than-30-day-old evidence cannot produce a quote. Coverage is uneven and larger tiers are not extrapolated.

Optional active-workflow and step requirements filter out insufficient or unverified capacity. Leave them blank to compare without checking those limits. “Automation” is not feature parity: providers count steps differently, and triggers, branching, integrations, approvals and deliverability still need your review. Pricing assumes the same billable count across tools; the providers’ billing definitions can differ. No email addresses or subscriber lists are needed here.

  1. Keep: if the current tool meets your needs and moving would not justify the cost.
  2. Downgrade: check unused capacity and plan features with your current provider before migrating.
  3. Compare / switch: verify integrations and workflow limits, export permitted data, preserve unsubscribe/suppression records, authenticate your sending domain and test delivery before cancelling the old service.

Never delete contacts solely to fit a cheaper tier without understanding consent, suppression and billing consequences. No provider account is changed by this tool. Commercial compensation is not an input. Provider links go directly to official sites and are not affiliate links. Where privacy settings allow, we count checks and link clicks without collecting your inputs or identifying you.
